E is off of work for the week starting today, and I found myself kind of resenting having to go to class this morning. I got up the energy to go, and not email the instructor that I'd be out, and what should I find when I get there but a notice that class was canceled! It was perfect, because I was able to use school equipment to cut some matboard, but I didn't have to stay, and I didn't receive any assignments for next week! Normally I'd have been bummed to have class canceled, but today it worked out entirely to my advantage.
So that's one good thing.
Another good thing: Although E and I won't be able to attend the Rally to Restore Sanity this weekend (for entirely jolly reasons) we are going to be well represented by friends and family who will be there, including E's Mom. If I were going, my sign would read "It's Probably More Complicated Than That."
