I'll keep that in mind for when things are slightly less hectic!

Fen, if I buy you some fabric would you make a cute dress for Jack?
I think the cost of the textiles would be completely worth it.

You're on! Which fabric pattern do you think would look best on him?

Unfortunately my first choice
http://www.fridafashions.com/pages/fabric2.html
is sold out.

I think he'd get the most milage out of something
http://www.fridafashions.com/pages/skull_fabric.html
(Born to Ride fabric)

Though I think that a 1/2 yard of
http://www.fridafashions.com/pages/spanish_heart_fabric.html
(Spanish Heart fabric)
for accents would add a nice touch of romance.

How much yardage do you think this project will need?
Just tell me how much and where to send it, and it will be done!

I kid!

I'm sorry, Lou. As charming an idea as this is, I have too much respect for Jack's dignity to go through with it. I'm sure you understand.

We should come back to this site after the holidays and do just that. The milagros on black on page 2 are begging to be cute little retro aprons!

Ooh, aprons! Those are fun, and they go pretty quick! Woot! Yes, let's do that.

I want a rockabilly dress out of the red and white. :) Hey, do you know of any good rockabilly dress patterns? Or any pics that I could use to copy?

Well, I reckon almost any little dress in the right fabric can look pretty rockabilly. here are some good examples. Don't some of the major pattern manufacturers have "retro" sections in their catalogs? I'd go look right now, but I'm about to ZZzzzzzzzzz...

I like the finished t-shirts on this site, esp the sugar-skulls. That would be great paired with a quickie layer-skirt out of the Calavaras fabric.
Thanks for sharing this website, I must pass it on. (and save it too!):)
