Day Four of Shoulder Pain

It's getting better, but it's still annoying. I can do a little cross fiber friction with my fingers, but I certainly can't do the stretches or use my forearm on myself the way I would on a client.

Me: I wish I could inhabit your body for a little while, so I could massage myself. You'd let me do that, wouldn't you?

E: Sure thing, Asenath.

Hee.

Could you go back to your massage school and volunteer to just lie there? ;)

I suffer from that shoulder neck thingy often and three things usually work:

1. Physical therapy with neck strechy dungeon thing

2. flexeril (loosens the muscles and the 14 nap helps me hal)

3. Bee stinger jelly ( not sure where you'd find it now and if you are allegric to bee stings it won't be useful.)

Here is to the healing and the new beginning.

Good advice, all around. I'm a total believer in the bee sting thing.

Once when I had been having a lot of lower back pain, I went with a family friend to his apiary, and I got stung about half a dozen times. After that, I had no back pain for almost two weeks! If I didn't know that it kills the poor little dears, I would request that honey bees sting me regularly.

I'm a big fan of bees.
