hey, this may be an odd question, but i need a massage. my neck is all fux0r3d and i'm going on vacation sunday.

i've been following your adventures in massage therapy but it didn't occur to me to hire you until mr utforsker suggested it at game night last friday. (bad seth!)

anyhow, if you're interested in a client (possibly a regular client :) shoot me a quick email at sethpolansky at aol dot com.

Aww. That one is enough like a child's toy that it manages to avoid the Uncanny Valley.

It just seems there is this growing trend in Japan to replace all orgamic life with some kind of robot.

i thought the mule was cute! although disturbingly lifelike in the legs. and the sad thing is, my FIRST thought both times they shoved it was that they were being MEAN to it, not that they were, y'know, demonstrating stability/recovery or anything... *sigh*

bwah! When they ran that clip on Steven Colbert's show, he shrieked "they're HURTING it!!!"

It is kinda cute, I guess, but it has no head. That's a bit alarming, I think.

wait to get a load of the one carrying Japanese around
Seriously, the Japanese are developing a robot to help carry patients in hospitals due to a nursing shortage. Yah, let I, Robot carry me away.
