Motivation needed

So, it's a "holiday" of sorts, and it's Friday. And I. Do not. Want. To go to the gym after work. In the worst way.

But I should. But I don't wanna. But I should.

Give me a good reason why I should.

Or why I shouldn't, if that's your position.

you should, because you'll feel better (in general, as well as about yourself and your discipline skills) if you do. even if you cut it short, maybe just do some cardio.
