Motivation needed

So, it's a "holiday" of sorts, and it's Friday. And I. Do not. Want. To go to the gym after work. In the worst way.

But I should. But I don't wanna. But I should.

Give me a good reason why I should.

Or why I shouldn't, if that's your position.

because once you actually get there and start working out, you feel better and at the end you feel like you are on top of the world

or at least thats what usually happens to me.

I am guessing that i'm just an endorphin junkie tho...
